H Hiring – Collection Executive (DRA Certified)
Company: Pace Setters Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Bhandup West, Mumbai
Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Week Off: 1 Rotational Off
Role & Responsibilities:
✔ Handle collection & recovery calls
✔ Follow up with customers for pending payments
✔ Maintain collection records & reports
✔ Ensure compliance with DRA guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
- HSC / Graduate
- Minimum experience in collection process
- DRA Certification Mandatory
- Basic recovery & negotiation skills
- Average English communication
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (Take Home)
