Drain Service Technician

Drain Service Technician | $28.00- $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Schedule: 7:00am to 4:00pm | Monday through Friday | occasional overtime

What You Will Be Doing:

• Performed residential drain cleaning services using snakes, and augers
• Replace toilets, sinks and other fixtures as needed
• Diagnosed drain issues, consult with customers on repairs / replacements needed and conduct the work
• Recommended repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance solutions to customers
• Maintained tool and equipment, and service vehicles to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Followed company safety procedures and industry standards on all service calls
• Completed accurate job reports, invoices, and service documentation using ServiceTitan

What We Are Looking For:

• 2 + years of experience in drain cleaning / plumbing
• Able to use and operate drain cleaning equipment
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems
• Comfortable working in confined spaces as needed
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work in all weather conditions
• In trade school for plumbing or interested in schooling for plumbing
• MA plumbing apprentice license - desired, but not required
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
