Job Description:

Schedule (Flexibility needed): 7.15am - 3.45pm.

As a Head Barista at UNITED Coffee House & Co, you'll lead the craft of coffee-making and set the standard for excellence in our drinks. Here’s a preview of your role:

Responsibilities:

• Lead with expertise, showcasing your barista skills with precise shot-pouring and milk-steaming.
• Elevate every cup with consistently high-quality latte art.
• Focus on honing and sharing coffee expertise with our team to ensure the highest quality drinks.
• Provide training to team members on coffee quality standards to support their roles in delivering a seamless customer experience.
• Drive consistency in drink preparation, adhering to and setting rigorous standards for our coffee.
• Prepare for and participate in prestigious events like the National Barista Championship.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the UNITED team, with the Front of House and supervisor focusing on customer engagement so you can prioritize coffee craft.
• Occasionally participate in social media content to highlight our coffee expertise.
• Maintain a clean and efficient coffee preparation area, setting the standard for organization.

• Trial shift (3 hours maximum).
• Final interview (45 minutes maximum).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €15.00-€16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
