We are seeking a highly professional, disciplined, and trustworthy Executive Driver to provide dedicated transportation support to the Director. The role requires punctuality, confidentiality, vehicle management expertise, and a polished demeanor. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining all company vehicles, including cars and two-wheelers, ensuring compliance with service and insurance schedules.

Daily travel requirement: Approximately 10–30 km within city limits (occasional outstation travel if required).

Key Responsibilities

Executive Transportation

• Provide safe, smooth, and punctual transportation to the Director.
• Plan routes efficiently considering traffic and time sensitivity.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding professional and personal matters.
• Be available as per management schedule, including occasional extended hours if required.

Vehicle Management & Compliance

• Oversee maintenance of all company vehicles (cars & two-wheelers).
• Ensure timely servicing, insurance renewal, PUC, and documentation compliance.
• Maintain detailed service records and maintenance logs.
• Monitor fuel usage and vehicle condition regularly.
• Coordinate with service centers and insurance agents.

Professional Standards

• Maintain vehicles in immaculate condition (clean interior & exterior).
• Present a well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Follow all traffic rules and safety protocols.
• Demonstrate discipline, discretion, and reliability.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid LMV driving license (Two-wheeler license preferred).
• 3+ years of professional driving experience (Executive/Corporate experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Nashik city routes.
• Basic mechanical understanding of vehicles.
• Smart, alert, and technology-friendly (comfortable using Google Maps, WhatsApp, etc.).
• High integrity and long-term commitment mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
