The Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and hands-on Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing warehouse operations with event logistics.
You will be responsible for coordinating the movement, storage, and preparation of event equipment and materials, while supporting on-site event builds and ensuring smooth operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparation, packing, and dispatch of event equipment and materials
- Oversee loading and unloading of props, staging, and production assets, ensuring safe handling at all times
- Support event set builds, installations, and de-rigs in line with project plans
- Manage logistics schedules, ensuring timely delivery and return of equipment
- Drive company vehicles when required, ensuring safe and efficient transport
- Maintain an organised, clean, and safe warehouse environment
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Work closely with team leaders and crew to ensure seamless event execution
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures, including manual handling and risk assessments
- Provide on-site support during live events as part of the operations team
- Remain flexible to varying schedules, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
Experience & Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse logistics, event production, or a similar operational role
- Experience supporting event builds or working within event crews is highly advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively within a team
- Capable of working independently and managing priorities effectively
- Must be 21 years or older (for company vehicle insurance purposes)
- Full clean driver’s licence is essential
- Forklift licence is beneficial, but not required
- Background in events, logistics, staging, production, or construction is a plus
