Murphy Brothers, based in Portlaw Co Waterford, are seeking to hire a Driver/Yard Operative to work at their Agri and Hardware Store. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will engage in a range of duties and responsibilities to support the busy team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers in person and over the phone
• Processing sales transactions & managing point of sale systems
• Operating our computer based weighbridge system.
• Managing stock levels
• Providing product advise and solutions to suit customer needs
• Loading customer vehicles
• Supporting general yard duties as needed
• Supporting deliveries to customers

Requirements for the role:

• Knowledge of the Agricultural sector advantages but not essential
• Comfortable using computers - training will be provided on our systems
• Friendly, customer focused attitude
• Experience operating Forklifts/ Loading Shovels advantages but not essential
