Responsibilities

• Manage daily dry cleaning and laundry operations to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
• Supervise staff, providing training, support, and motivation to maintain productivity and excellent customer interactions
• Oversee the proper handling of garments, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility to promote a safe working environment
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of necessary cleaning supplies and equipment
• Monitor workflow efficiency, troubleshoot issues promptly, and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies related to laundry and cleaning procedures
• Manage AR/AP, along with sales and new account procurement

Requirements

• Proven familiarity in laundry or cleaning operations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively
• Knowledge of laundry processes, dry cleaning techniques, and cleaning best practices
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing operations and quality control
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills to interact with staff, vendors, and customers professionally
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings as needed

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
