Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of air duct systems to identify blockages, dirt buildup, mold, or damage
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment such as vacuums, brushes, and blowers to clean ducts effectively
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment during all cleaning procedures
• Communicate clearly with clients about the scope of work and provide recommendations for system improvements or repairs
• Maintain detailed records of services performed, including before-and-after photos and service reports
• Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment at each job site to ensure efficient workflow
• Adhere to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines for cleaning procedures and equipment maintenance

Qualifications

• Prior experience in duct cleaning, HVAC maintenance, or related trades is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Ability to operate power tools and cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, crawling in tight spaces, and standing for extended periods
• Knowledge of safety standards related to working with HVAC systems and electrical tools is a plus
