Duties

• Use hand tools and power tools to thoroughly clean and inspect air ducts, vents, and related components.
• Perform facilities maintenance tasks related to ductwork and ventilation systems to ensure proper operation.
• Conduct commercial cleaning of HVAC systems, including removing dust, mold, and other buildup.
• Assist with heavy lifting of equipment and materials safely during cleaning operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain services performed and address any questions or concerns.
• Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents during cleaning procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of work completed, including inspection reports and service logs.

Skills

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment used in duct maintenance.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during cleaning tasks.
• Excellent time management skills to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems or custodial experience is a plus.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
