Little Rebels Playzone is a vibrant indoor play centre designed for babies, toddlers, and children. Our first-class facility provides a safe, clean, and weatherproof environment where kids can explore, learn, and most importantly have fun.Our playzone features a dedicated baby area, a toddler climbing frame, and over 100 cubic metres of exciting 3D play space. Children can climb, jump, slide, swing, hide, and explore while developing their fundamental ABCs of movement — Agility, Balance, and Control.

It’s the perfect space for kids to burn off energy, build confidence, and make new friends.While the kids play, adults can enjoy our comfortable seating area and café offering coffee, teas, snacks, confectionery, and soft drinks. Free WiFi is also available so parents can relax, catch up on work, or simply unwind while keeping an eye on their children.The RoleWe are looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible Playzone Supervisor to join our team.

This role involves overseeing the daily operation of the play centre, ensuring a safe and fun environment for children and families, and supporting staff to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily running of the playzone and ensure smooth operations Ensure all play areas remain clean, safe, and well maintained
• Monitor children’s safety while they are using the play equipment
• Provide excellent customer service to families and visitors

Support and guide team members during busy periods

• Assist with opening and closing duties when required
• Handle customer queries or concerns professionally and efficiently
• Help maintain café service standards and cleanliness
• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene procedures are followed Assist with birthday parties and special events hosted at the playzone

What We’re Looking For

• One position Available over 7 days
• One position available over the weekend
• Previous experience in a supervisory or customer service role (preferred) A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy family environment Passion for working in a fun, child-focused setting
• Good attention to cleanliness and safety standards
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• Experience in HACAP
