Job description:
- Manage daily cinema operations smoothly.
- Handle cash work like giving daily floats, managing expenses, shift banking, and controlling shortages.
- Take daily briefings, set targets for the team, and work to achieve them.
- Check staff grooming and discipline regularly.
- Ensure all legal rules related to cinema are followed.
- Make sure display and business standards are maintained as per quality checklist.
- Oversee all services in the cinema (box office, food counters, cleaning) to maintain high quality.
- Train staff and duty officers to improve their performance.
- Guide the team and take action if rules are not followed.
- Work honestly and responsibly to help the brand grow successfully.
Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
