Duty Manager

The Role

We're on the hunt for highly skilled managers with the potential to be future leaders of the company. If you feel like you've hit the ceiling in your current role or are looking for a change with rapid progression in hospitality then you've come to the right place. You will learn everything you need to know to run a successful hospitality business with us.

The Pay

• Competitive pay and transparency in how to move up, fast! Starting on $28-$36 per hour depending on experience.
• Opportunity to progress into more senior roles in the company
• Work across multiple sites in multiple regions

You will:

Ensure the environment within the site is always top notch. Guarantee the customer journey for your outlet is being followed by all team members.

• Make sure the quality of products, plus waiting times exceed expectations.

Lead your team, provide feedback and set a high example by always operating above the line.

Skills / Experience / What we are looking for

• Some management experience in a hospitality venue with a team of bigger than 5.
• Excellent presentation and strong clear communication.
• Leadership, energy and enthusiasm, if you've been a leader in a sports team, school, university or volunteer organisation that is great.
• A managers certificate or LCQ is preferred.
• You're looking for a long term career in hospitality.
