Duty Manager
we are looking for Duty Manager for our store (Hell Pizza). who shall perform the below- mentioned tasks
Perform day-to-day duties at the store as directed by the store manager.
Take full responsibility for shifts in terms of store operations, team management, production, and quality standards to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Assisting the store manager in maintaining proper coverage and team member schedules.
Focus on sales to ensure that the business runs smoothly and performs at required company standards.
Manage overall operations, cost controls, health and safety and driving profitability during every shift.
Record financial transactions and reconcile it at the end of each day including the cash payments.
Maintain inventory and stock level.
Ensuring the standards of quality, hygiene, customer service are met at all times.
Help with training the team members and allotting duties to them for daily functioning.
Dealing with customer complaints in a collaborative manner and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage order deliveries as and when required.
Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
Schedule:
