What You'll Do
- Lead daily operations across the airport café locations, ensuring every venue delivers an exceptional customer experience.
- Inspire, coach and support your team to perform with confidence while creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.
- Partner closely with the Outlet Manager to drive operational excellence, improve performance and achieve business goals.
- Deliver exceptional barista quality and customer service while supporting your team during busy service periods.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, food safety, presentation standards and compliance across every shift.
- Identify opportunities to improve service, solve problems quickly and keep operations running smoothly.
About You
- Proven experience leading hospitality teams in a Duty Manager, Supervisor or similar leadership role.
- Confident barista with the ability to produce consistently high-quality coffee in a busy environment and passion for developing people, building strong teams and leading by example every shift.
- Calm, organised and confident when managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster across mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays, with shifts between 4:00am and 10:00pm.
- Current RSA, driver's licence and reliable vehicle, with full Australian working rights for a long-term opportunity.
