Description:
What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations across the airport café locations, ensuring every venue delivers an exceptional customer experience.
• Inspire, coach and support your team to perform with confidence while creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.
• Partner closely with the Outlet Manager to drive operational excellence, improve performance and achieve business goals.
• Deliver exceptional barista quality and customer service while supporting your team during busy service periods.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, food safety, presentation standards and compliance across every shift.
• Identify opportunities to improve service, solve problems quickly and keep operations running smoothly.

Skills and Experiences:
About You

• Proven experience leading hospitality teams in a Duty Manager, Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Confident barista with the ability to produce consistently high-quality coffee in a busy environment and passion for developing people, building strong teams and leading by example every shift.
• Calm, organised and confident when managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster across mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays, with shifts between 4:00am and 10:00pm.
• Current RSA, driver's licence and reliable vehicle, with full Australian working rights for a long-term opportunity.
