Description:
As a Duty Manager at Cater Care Australia, you will be based in Mackay, QLD and play a crucial role within the CCS Operations department. This permanent, full-time position falls under the category of Site Management. Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations at remote site locations.
  • Managing and leading a team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Implementing and maintaining operational procedures to uphold high standards of quality and safety.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive client relationships.
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Skills and Experiences:

  • Sound knowledge of catering and hospitality operations
