The Top House Bar & Grill located in the castletroy area of limerick, are recruiting a Duty Manager/Supervisor with experience in a faced paced bar or restaurant.
The candidate will be required to assist the management team in the smooth running of the business on a day to day basis in this hands-on role.
The Top House opens from 9am serving breakfast, lunch & dinner including weekends.
Responsibilities will include:
- Staff training & mentoring
- Customer service
- Health & safety
- Stock control (F&B)
- Cost controls
- Recruitment
- Labour planning
- Opening & closing of the business
- Use of own initiative
