JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Senior Dynamics CRM System Administrator to support and enhance the operational stability of our enterprise-scale CRM environment. This role will work alongside existing team members to manage daily system operations, ensure reliable pipeline and workflow execution, and oversee the full update lifecycle of the Dynamics platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, system troubleshooting, and environment administration to ensure optimal performance across the platform.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer and manage a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment, ensuring high performance, availability, and reliability.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CRM workflows, pipeline runs, integrations, system jobs, and automation processes.
- Oversee Dynamics CRM update and maintenance cycles, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-update validation.
- Diagnose, debug, and resolve complex issues related to CRM functionality, environment health, and platform components.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support system enhancements, configuration adjustments, and feature rollouts.
- Optimize CRM performance by proactively identifying issues and implementing preventative measures.
- Maintain documentation for system configuration, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in incident management and provide advanced technical support as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM in an enterprise environment.
- Strong expertise in CRM pipelines, workflows, system jobs, and integration troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated experience managing Dynamics platform updates, patches, and version upgrades.
- Ability to resolve complex technical issues across application, integration, and data layers.
- Familiarity with Dynamics CRM architecture, security roles, and customization frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
