Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our E- Commerce retailers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving sales growth.
Ideal candidate will possess a good eye for detail, strong communication skills, a keen ability to analyse data to inform strategic decisions and have experience working within online retailers.
Duties
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to enhance online visibility and sales performance.
- Analyse sales data and website metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
- Manage product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
- Communicating new product launches and tailoring quotes
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
- Regular reporting on KPIs to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident use of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience in Sage 200 would be an advantage but not essential
- Proven ability to develop and maintain a close working relationships with customers
- Experience of working with PIM would also be an advantage, but not essential
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to assess and prioritise workload independently
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Able to clearly and effectively communicate with suppliers, customers & colleagues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
