About The Role

The core mission of the ad creative strategist is to make winning ads.

Winning ads are defined as ads that realize a result above our ROAS targets. Your success is measured based on our partner’s success.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Innovate Creative Strategies: Lead the charge in conceptualizing and delivering high-performing ad campaigns, crafting core ideas, hooks, headlines, and scripts that resonate and drive conversions. You’ll shape the creative direction for e-commerce brands looking to dominate their markets.
  • Build Scalable Systems: Develop and refine creative frameworks—standardized brief templates, UGC scripts, ad templates, and workflows—that not only streamline production but also elevate the quality and impact of every asset we produce.
  • Design for Results: Create visually compelling and scroll-stopping static and video ads tailored for Meta.
  • Leverage AI as a Creative Force Multiplier: Master tools like Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and ChatGPT to amplify creative output, experimenting with innovative applications to enhance ad copy, visuals, and scripts.
  • Optimize Through Data: Regularly analyze ad performance data across platforms, identifying patterns and opportunities to refine creative strategies, ensuring we deliver better results month over month.
  • Oversee Asset Production: Take ownership of raw creative asset production by collaborating with UGC creators, partners’ in-house teams, and external platforms like Billo and Mini Social. This includes creating clear, actionable briefs, scripts, and shot lists that bring ideas to life.
