ONESONIC is a fast-growing, Irish audio brand bringing high value proposition audio, to a global audience. We’re scaling fast and need a commercially focused, creative and digitally fluent E-Commerce Manager to convert current marketing assets into sales.

The Role
This role is about making conversions - converting channel activity to sales on our Shopify platform. Working closely with the CEO, CMO and Head of Brand Partnerships, you’ll monitor our web traffic and oversee digital channels. You’ll blend strategic thinking with execution, making data-driven decisions while staying close to creative, content and channel delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee, curate and steer organic content creation and posting from our inhouse Content Creators ensuring that our organic content is aligned with overall strategy.
• Manage and schedule email marketing to include three emails to our database per week, aligned with the conversion strategy at that time.
• Work with our web developer and ensure that our Shopify site is current and reflective of current day offers.
• Analyse daily site traffic using Shopify Analytics to monitor where traffic is coming from and which traffic is converting optimally.
• Monitor all channels for E-Commerce traffic including paid search, paid social ads, organic referral and influencer referral.
• Prepare and present an automated daily report looking at E-Commerce performance for the previous day, which channels converted and where performance gains can be achieved.

About You

• 5+ years’ E-Commerce experience, ideally in consumer products and B2C E-Commerce.
• Comfortable managing multiple channels and keeping them aligned with commercial goals.
• Social media fluent – understands both creative and paid activation.
• Email marketing savvy (Klaviyo or similar).
• Familiarity with the Shopify platform.
• Content-minded and creative, with strong attention to detail.
• Data-driven, commercially focused, and confident working to revenue targets.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 37.5hour week with core hours of 10am to 4:30pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €42,000.00-€52,000.00 per year
