We are looking for a skilled and performance-driven Flipkart Marketplace Manager to join our E-commerce Agency team. The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple client Flipkart seller accounts, improving marketplace performance, increasing sales, optimizing catalogs, managing advertisements, and ensuring smooth account operations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Flipkart Seller Hub, catalog management, Flipkart Ads, account health management, promotions, and marketplace growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Flipkart Account Management

1. Manage end-to-end Flipkart seller accounts for multiple clients.

2. Handle daily marketplace operations including listings, inventory, pricing, orders, returns, and account health.

3. Monitor seller performance metrics and ensure compliance with Flipkart policies.

4. Resolve operational issues related to listings, orders, cancellations, returns, and account performance.

Catalog & Listing Management
5. Create and optimize Flipkart product catalogs including:

  • Product titles
  • Highlights/features
  • Descriptions
  • Search keywords
  • Attributes & specifications
  • Images and content optimization
  • Perform catalog audits to improve product visibility and conversion rates.
  • Identify listing errors, suppression issues, and improve catalog quality scores.

Sales Growth & Marketplace Optimization
8. Develop strategies to increase sales and improve product ranking on Flipkart.
9. Analyze sales reports, traffic, conversion rate, and customer feedback to identify improvement areas.
10. Monitor competitors' pricing, offers, ratings, reviews, and promotions.
11. Plan and execute Flipkart promotional campaigns, deals, and offers.

Flipkart Ads Management
12. Create, manage, and optimize Flipkart advertising campaigns.
13. Monitor campaign performance including:

  • Spend
  • ROAS
  • CPC
  • CTR
  • Conversion rate
  • Optimize bids, keywords, and budgets to improve advertising performance.

Client Management & Reporting
15. Coordinate with clients and provide regular marketplace performance updates.
16. Prepare weekly/monthly reports covering:

  • Sales growth
  • Ad performance
  • Product performance
  • Opportunities & action plans
  • Provide actionable recommendations to clients for improving marketplace growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing Flipkart marketplace accounts.
  • Experience working in an E-commerce agency managing multiple seller accounts preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub and marketplace operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Flipkart cataloging and listing optimization.
  • Experience managing Flipkart Ads campaigns.
  • Good understanding of marketplace SEO and product ranking factors.
  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions.
  • Good communication and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

  • Flipkart Marketplace Manager: 1 year+
  • E-commerce Agency Experience: Preferred

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 per month
