About The Rachsan Store

The Rachsan Store is a growing e-commerce business operating across multiple online sales channels. We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Manager who can independently manage and grow our online marketplaces and website.

Platforms You Will Handle

• Amazon
• Flipkart
• Meesho
• E-Roch / E-commerce marketplace
• The Rachsan Store's own website

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplace seller accounts.
• Manage the company's own e-commerce website.
• Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, keywords and catalogs.
• Manage product pricing, inventory, orders, cancellations and returns.
• Monitor marketplace account health and resolve operational issues.
• Plan and manage Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho advertising campaigns.
• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, advertising performance and marketplace reports.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and improve product rankings.
• Manage promotions, deals, offers and marketplace campaigns.
• Coordinate with the team for inventory, dispatch and order fulfillment.
• Identify opportunities for new product launches and marketplace growth.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
• Take ownership of overall marketplace performance and revenue growth.

Requirements

• 1+ year of relevant e-commerce/marketplace experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon and Flipkart Seller Central is required.
• Experience with Meesho and other marketplaces will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of marketplace advertising and product SEO.
• Good knowledge of inventory, order and return management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for sales growth.
• Freshers are not eligible for this position.

Compensation

Competitive fixed salary + attractive performance-based commission on sales.
