Responsibilities:

• We are searching for an E-Commerce associate who will be responsible for picking, packing and shipping customer orders that come through our website and retailer partners on a daily basis.
• Your task will be to collect the items in the warehouse, place them in the appropriate packaging, and put a shipping label on the package.
• You will be tasked with ensuring that all orders are packed properly, with the correct items and quantities, free gifts and promotional items and meeting deadline for daily pickup.
• You will also be tasked with general inventory maintenance, ensuring inventory levels in the warehouse match with our inventory software, stickering and labeling products, and ocassionaly repackaging products.
• Receiving incoming shipments and properly stocking inventory.
• Process returns and refunds.
• Pick, Pack and Ship orders.
• Basic inventory checking and auditing.
• Labelling, stickers and packing products.
• Communicate with Customer Service representative to resolve order issues.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Picking & packing: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• New York, NY 10001 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• New York, NY 10001: Relocate before starting work (Required)
