As we grow, we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about skincare and thrives on getting the details right, whether that’s behind the scenes on the website or supporting customer orders.

About the Role
This role blends product coordination, stock management and customer service. You’ll be helping us keep the website up to date, managing product imagery and descriptions, reordering stock and making sure everything runs smoothly between our team, warehouse and suppliers. You’ll also be one of the key people replying to customer emails, so strong written communication is a must.

We’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive and happy working across systems. If you love skincare, know your way around a spreadsheet and have a sharp eye for detail, you’ll fit in perfectly.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management & Website Updates

  • Upload and update product listings on Shopify, including pricing, imagery and SEO content
  • Use Canva to create and adjust product graphics for the website
  • Coordinate with our marketing team to prep products for launch
  • Ensure products are correctly categorised and tagged for customer browsing and search

Inventory & Stock Coordination

  • Place and track inventory orders with suppliers
  • Maintain up-to-date stock records, delivery timelines and supplier details
  • Communicate with our warehouse to ensure timely dispatch of new stock and restocks
  • Monitor low stock levels and help forecast reordering needs

Customer Communication

  • Respond to customer emails via Microsoft Outlook in a clear, friendly and professional tone
  • Assist with order queries, returns and delivery updates
  • Escalate issues internally and help spot recurring customer questions
  • Support the maintenance of internal FAQs and help documentation

What You’ll Need

  • Experience using Shopify is a strong advantage
  • Very proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Google Drive
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Excellent written communication and a natural, friendly tone
  • A genuine interest in skincare and beauty - product knowledge will be part of the job
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, stock coordination or customer support roles preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
