Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:

Manage the CTO's complex calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

  • Communication Management:

Act as a primary point of contact, handle correspondence, and filter/prioritize communications for the CTO.

  • Project Coordination: Track technology-related projects, deadlines, and deliverables, providing regular updates to the CTO. Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with a proactive approach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, and marketing) to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.

Documentation & Techno-Commercial:

Draft, review, and organize technical reports, presentations, and other official documents.

o Prepare detailed technical documents, including system designs, user manuals, and project reports.

o Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project milestones.

  • Meeting Management:
  • Drive and manage technical meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared, minutes are taken, and action items are followed up on. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including technical summits, off-sites, and events; prepare agendas, materials, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion:

Handle sensitive company information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

  • Vendor & Client Liaison:

Coordinate communication with vendors, clients, and internal technical teams.

  • Public Presence Support:

Assist with the CTO's public profile and strategic follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Support:

While not coding, a strong understanding of technology and the ability to work with technical information is essential.

O Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, system integration, and troubleshooting.

O Train clients and internal teams on the proper use and maintenance of automation systems.

O Visit client locations to understand the project.

  • Software Proficiency:

Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and project management tools is crucial.

  • Organizational Skills:

Exceptional ability to manage time, multitask, and maintain high levels of organization.

  • Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving:

A proactive, resourceful approach to navigate complex situations and find solutions.

  • Attention to Detail:

Meticulous attention to detail is required for all aspects of the role.

  • Discretion:

Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Ideal Candidate Profile.

  • Experience:

A strong background as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, particularly in technology-focused industries.

  • Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to work effectively with diverse internal teams and external partners, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

  • Adaptability:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly changing tech environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives in a technology or IT environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; college education with an interest in technology is preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with technical terminology, processes, and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace); experience in tech settings highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with executives, teams, and vendors.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in managing complex schedules, travel, and events in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
