Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Managing Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the MD's schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, and handling confidential matters.
Job Location- Pitampura, Delhi
Salary- 25K-45K
Key Responsibilities
1. Schedule Management- Manage the MD's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.
2. Travel Arrangement- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, Including Flights, Hotels and car rentals..
3. Correspondence & Communication: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the MD.
4. Confidential Matters- Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
5. Meeting and Event Coordination- Organize meetings, events and conferences, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor Degree in business Administration, communication or related field.
2. Experience- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
3. Skills
- Excellent communication & Written Skills in English.
- Organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
