Early Childhood Educator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment.

Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's physical, emotional, and intellectual growth
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all children
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Monitor and assess children's progress and communicate effectively with parents
- Collaborate with other teachers to create a cohesive educational experience

Requirements:

-Level 2,3certification in Early Childhood Education.

-Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children and fostering their development.

-Previous experience working in a daycare or childcare setting is preferred.

-Understanding of developmental milestones for children aged 6 months to 5 years and ability to facilitate age-appropriate activities.

-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.

-Ability to work collaboratively with other educators and staff members to create a supportive and positive environment.

-Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all children, adhering to health and safety regulations.

-Creativity in designing engaging activities and flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the children and the daycare.

-Patience and empathy in dealing with children, understanding their individual needs and providing appropriate support and guidance.

-CPR, A valid Police Record and First Aid Certification

-Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
