Early Childhood Educator – Level 2 /Level 3 (Required)

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator (Level 2/Level 3 – certification required) to join our team. The successful candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment while supporting children’s developmental and educational needs through age-appropriate and innovative teaching practices.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Communicate effectively with parents and team members
• Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid Alberta Early Childhood Educator Level 2/Level 3 certification (required)
• Previous childcare or classroom experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Bilingual (English) skills considered an asset, especially in diverse settings

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting wage: $22.05/hour -$27.62/hour(including Alberta Child Care Top-Up)
