Join Our Team as an Early Childhood Educator (Level 3) – Part-Time

At our center, we see every child as unique and full of potential. We’re currently looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator (Level 3) to join our team. This is a part-time position, with exciting opportunities to grow into a full-time role as our center continues to expand.

This role is perfect for someone who brings positive energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for helping children thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating and implementing fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities that support children’s development
• Building a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment where every child feels valued
• Supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-based learning
• Developing strong, positive relationships with families and keeping them updated on their child’s progress
• Managing daily routines smoothly, including transitions, schedules, and classroom behavior
• Working closely with a supportive team of educators to enhance programming and share ideas
• Adapting activities to meet the needs of all children, including those with diverse learning needs
• Keeping simple and organized records of children’s development and daily activities

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children in a daycare or early learning setting
• A strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices
• A warm, patient, and team-oriented personality
• Strong communication skills with both children and adults
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
• Ability to stay organized and manage time in a busy, fun environment
• Experience with special needs or inclusive care is an asset
• Level 3 Early Childhood Certification

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
