We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic Full-Time Room Leader, Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator and a Certificate III Educator to join our vibrant team at our Merrylands Centre, Monday to Friday.

About You

To be considered, you’ll need the following qualifications and certifications:

  • A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

  • A completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

  • A current First Aid and CPR Certificate.

  • A valid Working with Children Check and Child Protection Certificate.

Key Responsibilities

As an Early Childhood Educator or Room Leader, you’ll:

  • Inspire and engage children through play-based learning and enriching experiences.

  • Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning.

  • Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and resilience.

  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and your team.

  • Celebrate and document children’s developmental milestones.

  • Lead the curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
