We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic Full-Time Room Leader, Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator and a Certificate III Educator to join our vibrant team at our Merrylands Centre, Monday to Friday.

About You
To be considered, you’ll need the following qualifications and certifications:
A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
A completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
A current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
A valid Working with Children Check and Child Protection Certificate.
Key Responsibilities
As an Early Childhood Educator or Room Leader, you’ll:
Inspire and engage children through play-based learning and enriching experiences.
Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning.
Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and resilience.
Build strong relationships with children, families, and your team.
Celebrate and document children’s developmental milestones.
Lead the curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
