Location: My Gym Miami Lakes

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Ages: Working with children ages 2–4

Overview:

We’re looking for a warm, dependable, and energetic Early Childhood Program Assistant to join our Preschool Prep team! This role supports our daily classroom operations and provides hands-on help with activities, routines, and the overall care of our youngest learners.

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead instructors with daily activities, educational play, and circle time
• Support children during bathroom breaks and transitions
• Help with setting up and cleaning up stations, activities, and lunch/snack times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly learning environment
• Engage with children in a nurturing and patient manner
• Communicate effectively with both team members and families when needed
• Ensure safety, support, and positivity in the classroom

Requirements:

• Experience working with children ages 2–4 is preferred
• A passion for early childhood education and development
• Ability to follow directions and take initiative in a fast-paced setting
• Must be reliable, flexible, and comfortable working on your feet
• Must be available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• CPR certificate preferred
