COBS Bread - The Queensway is looking for a high energy, and outgoing individual to join our growing bakery team.

Compensation starts at $18.00 per hour.

Applicants must be able to work up to 30 hours per week, year round.

As a Baker at Queensway COBS Bread, you will:

• Work with other Bakers and the Manager to ensure the bread quality and range is to COBS Bread standards and delivered on time to meet customer demands.
• Maintain the safety of staff and customers by upholding the COBS Bread brand and standards.
• Assist with stock rotation
• Provide support to the whole bakery team, demonstrate team work and foster good working relationships.

Our Criteria:

Candidates with previous experience in baking and customer service are preferred although it is not essential as we offer full training. We look for the right attitude and initiative more than experience. Candidates must have their own transportation, be an early morning person as shifts start as early as 3am, and be able to lift 25kg.

This is a great position for someone in the F&B industry that is looking for a change in schedule. Consistent schedule and regular 8 hour shifts. While it is an early start, you have afternoons, and early evenings with friends and family.
