Chafford Tots to Teens are seeking to recruit highly effective and experienced practitioners to join our growing Nursery. We are looking for Early Years Educators for immediate start on a term time basis.
Candidates must have excellent knowledge of the EYFS and a thorough knowledge of Ofsted standards and relevant current legislation.
A level 3 childcare qualification essential and experience desirable. DBS checks will be carried out.
You will have to work as part of a team and provide care for young children in a nursery setting.
Other skills required are;-
- Must be able to provide high quality, inclusive early education & childcare.
- Must be capable of working effectively with parents and maintain positive relationships.
- Must be well versed in EYFS and able to support and mentor fellow practitioners in the skills and behaviours that safeguard children.
- Organise learning materials and make imaginative use of resources.
- Ensuring children experience both indoor, and outdoor environments which enable them to develop and learn.
· You will need to demonstrate the ability to establish warm, respectful, trusting and supportive relationships with children across all age groups as well as with their parents, families and carers.
· You will be expected to have a strong understanding of inclusive play and learning opportunities with the emphasis on the Characteristics of Effective Teaching and Learning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
