Job Title: Early Years Educator – Part-Time Cover Staff
Location: Killester & Donnycarney

At Best Start Childcare, we create a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment where children, families, and educators belong.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a caring and flexible Cover Staff to support preschool, afterschool, and full-day care programs. You will assist with daily routines, play-based learning, and help maintain a nurturing, safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cover for absent staff across different programs.
- Support play-based learning and daily routines.
- Foster children’s emotional, social, and physical development.
- Contribute to observations and communicate with families.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Level 5 in Early Childhood Care & Education (or equivalent).
- 6 months–1 year experience in a childcare setting.
- Warm, patient, enthusiastic, and flexible.
- Basic knowledge of Aistear & Síolta .
