Role Overview:
We are looking for a caring and flexible Cover Staff to support preschool, afterschool, and full-day care programs. You will assist with daily routines, play-based learning, and help maintain a nurturing, safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide cover for absent staff across different programs.
• Support play-based learning and daily routines.
• Foster children’s emotional, social, and physical development.
• Contribute to observations and communicate with families.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Level 5 in Early Childhood Care & Education (or equivalent).
• 6 months–1 year experience in a childcare setting.
• Warm, patient, enthusiastic, and flexible.
• Basic knowledge of Aistear & Síolta .
