Early Years Educator – Part-Time Positions

A Breath of Fresh Air Montessori & Creche is seeking a part-time Early Years Educator (up to 30 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
• Work collaboratively as part of a team
• Adapt to different rooms/age groups as needed
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain high standards of care, hygiene, and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum QQI/FETAC Level 5 in Early Years (or recognised equivalent)
• Garda Vetting and police clearance (if applicable)
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• First Aid, Manual Handling, and Fire Safety (can be completed after hiring)

Details:

• Up to 30 hours per week
• €15.00–€17.50 per hour (depending on experience)
• Staff uniform and incentives provided
• On-site parking available
• Own transport is required due to the remote location
• Immediate start available
