Cookies Early Learning Centre – Celbridge, Co. Kildare

Full-time | Monday to Friday | €18.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualification)

Cookies Early Learning Centre (ELC), Celbridge branch, is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Early Years Educator / Room Leader to join our growing team. This is a full-time position working collaboratively with another staff member in one of our early years classrooms.

Position Details:

• Location: Cookies ELC, Celbridge
• Hours: Full-time (exact schedule to be discussed)
• Contract Type: Permanent, on-site
• Salary: €16.00 – €18.00 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)

Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the daily operations of your room alongside another team member
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum in line with Aistear and Siolta frameworks
• Maintain positive relationships with children, families, and the wider team
• Ensure compliance with Tusla regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum QQI/FETAC Level 6 in Early Childhood Care & Education (required)
• Experience working in an early years setting (room leadership experience an advantage)
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Passionate about early childhood education and inclusion
