About Us: Join our family-run business in Lucan, which has been thriving for 23 years in a busy, vibrant neighbourhood of Lucan. We are dedicated to providing exceptional early education and care for children aged 1-5 years. Our environment fosters a love of learning and curiosity, encouraging children to explore and understand the world around them.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support the Room Leads and create the daily activities of the early years and care rooms for children aged 1-5 years.
• Develop and implement an interest-based curriculum that expands children's interests and understanding.
• Create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment that promotes children's development and well-being.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Mentor and support other staff members in the room.

Requirements:

• Minimum FETAC Level 6 qualification in Childcare.
• Proven experience in early years education, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
• Successful completion of Garda Vetting and two confirmed references.
