Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Eavestrough Installer Helper to join our team in Calgary. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in the trades and grow into a full installer role. No prior experience is required—we will provide training to the right candidate. Reporting to the National Director, Operations, this role is 100% field-based.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist installers with the setup, installation, and removal of eavestroughs, downspouts, and related products.
  • Safely use ladders and work at heights to support installation tasks.
  • Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials on job sites.
  • Ensure job sites are kept clean, safe, and organized.
  • Follow instructions closely and support the installer team as needed.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions year-round.
  • Learn installation techniques with the goal of advancing into an installer role.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Experience, Traits and Qualifications

  • No prior experience necessary—training will be provided.
  • Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to and from work sites.
  • Strong work ethic with a focus on punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow directions, work safely, and maintain professionalism on job sites.
  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Wage: $22-24/hr (based on experience)
  • Company cellphone provided
