Bloxt is seeking an experienced Submission and Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in handling submissions and documentation for the ECO 4, GBIS, and LA FLEX programs. In this role, you will ensure timely, accurate, and regulatory-compliant submissions, while working closely with internal teams to maintain a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit required documentation for ECO 4, GBIS, and LA FLEX programs.
- Ensure all submissions meet regulatory standards and deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data and documentation.
- Maintain organized records and monitor submission progress.
- Provide guidance and support on submission procedures and requirements.
- Assist in reviewing and improving documentation processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with ECO 4, GBIS, and LA FLEX submissions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency with relevant documentation software and tools.
