We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Business Development team through administrative coordination, reporting, retailer communication, and operational support.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks within a fast-paced ecommerce environment. This role requires someone who enjoys maintaining organized systems, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring information is accurate, complete, and communicated efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Reporting Support

  • Maintain and organize retailer documentation, product records, internal files, and account information.
  • Support the Business Development team with administrative coordination and follow-up tasks.
  • Manage external & internal spreadsheets, trackers, reporting templates, and retailer databases.
  • Ensure product information, pricing, and retailer content remains accurate and up to date across platforms.
  • Coordinate and track retailer requests, deadlines, submissions, and approvals.
  • Assist with promotional calendars, meeting preparation, and presentation materials.
  • Maintain organized records of retailer communications, agreements, and business updates.
  • Manage and maintain retailer portals, ensuring all requirements are up to date and performing regular maintenance to support compliance and accuracy.
  • Coordinate, track, and prioritize retailer requests, ensuring timely responses and resolution of all incoming inquiries.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams and retailers to gather information, clarify requirements, and drive execution.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure retailers receive updated product assets, content, and promotional information.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations teams to communicate retailer concerns, inventory updates, and product information.
  • Assist with internal communication between departments to ensure projects and retailer requests remain on schedule.
  • Support process improvements and help maintain efficient internal systems and workflows.

Research & Analysis

  • Conduct competitor and market research to support business development initiatives.
  • Assist with gathering sales data, retailer insights, and trend analysis reports.
  • Help identify opportunities for operational improvements and account growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, ecommerce support, sales coordination, or reporting-focused role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience working with reporting tools, databases, and retailer portals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience supporting ecommerce or retail accounts is considered an asset.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
