Now Hiring an Ecommerce & Content Executive due to continued growth of connectit.ie. This is a varied role combining social media, content creation, and ecommerce administration. You’ll work closely with the wider team and external partners, supporting daily operations while helping to drive brand growth online.

Location: Donegal Town, Ireland (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full Time - 40 hours

Pay: DOE/Competitive

Key Responsibilities
*Social Media & Content Creation
*Create engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
*Stay up to date with TikTok trends and adapt them for brand-relevant content
*Assist with social media scheduling and content planning
*Update and manage website content in line with campaigns and promotions

Ecommerce & Administration
*Manage and update the Shopify website (products, content updates, basic maintenance)
*Support invoicing, reporting, and general administrative tasks
*Use Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management (training can be provided)

Marketing & Agency Liaison
*Liaise with the external marketing agency to support campaigns and content delivery
*Coordinate updates, assets, and timelines between internal teams and partners

Essential Skills & Experience
*Strong interest in social media, content creation, and ecommerce
*Up-to-date knowledge of TikTok trends and short-form video best practices
*Hands-on experience using Shopify
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or willingness to learn)
*Highly organised with good attention to detail
*Strong communication skills and good command of English Language.
*Must have relevant work permit.
*You must live within commuting distance of Donegal Town.

Desirable Skills
*Experience with Photoshop and/or Canva
*Experience with managing Shopify stores
*Familiarity with QuickBooks
*Excel skills
