Nyrah is a customer-loved Irish skincare brand scaling across Ireland and the UK. Our products are science-backed, hormone-aware, and designed for women navigating midlife skin changes.
We’re not a typical beauty brand, and this isn’t a typical marketing role.
We’re looking for a sharp, experienced Ecommerce Growth Executive to help take our performance to the next level. You’ll work side-by-side with our CMO/founder and support the full growth engine: from ad performance to landing pages, retention flows to AOV lifts.
If you’ve run ads, built flows, tested pages, and understand how ecommerce growth works, this role will be the next step in your growth phase.

You won’t be managing a team. You will be executing and owning key parts of growth.
This is a performance role with mentorship baked in, and the opportunity to grow fast. We work with some of the top creative agencies across Europe, so you will have the opportunity to work with them and learn about their systems.
What You’ll Be Doing/Learning
You’ll help drive profitable growth across:
Paid Social (Meta, TikTok)
- Support and scale Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
- Ideate and test creative angles, hooks, offers, audiences, landing pages
CRO + Funnel Optimization
- Suggest and implement improvements to product pages, landing pages, upsells, etc.
- Monitor key metrics like AOV, CVR, bounce rate, heat maps and page flow
- Think “customer journey,” not just “click to buy”
Retention & Email (Klaviyo)
- Assist with campaign setup, flows, segmentation, testing
- Monitor performance and suggest ways to improve flows and post-purchase journeys
Analytics & Reporting
- Use Triple Whale, Shopify & Klaviyo to report on key KPIs
- Flag what’s working, what’s breaking, and what to test next
Creative & Messaging
- Help brainstorm and brief creatives (using Ads Library, Foreplay, Motion, etc.)
- Coordinate ad copywriting, asset testing, and creative insights
You’ll touch most growth channels - and you’ll grow into full-stack ownership over time.
This Role is for You If…
- You’ve run real ecommerce campaigns (not just watched courses)
- You’ve built or managed Klaviyo flows for DTC brands
- You’ve worked inside Shopify and made conversion-focused changes
- You understand ecommerce KPIs, LTV, AOV, and email/post-purchase flows
- You don’t need micromanagement - but you value mentorship
- You’re sharp, fast, hungry to improve, and committed to performance
- You love building things, tweaking things, optimising and scaling what works
- You want to join a small team where your work matters
Your Experience (Must-Haves)
- 1–3 years working in ecommerce or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta ads (either in-house or agency)
- Comfortable using/learning Shopify, Klaviyo, and analytics tools
- Strong written English (copywriting or creative testing experience a bonus)
- Bonus: Familiar with Triple Whale, Google Analytics, UGC tools (Foreplay, Motion, etc.)
