- Play a key role in shaping and building the e-commerce team as we grow.
- You are highly commercial and driven by measurable impact. You naturally focus on outcomes like revenue, conversion, and growth, and you track success against them.
- You think strategically with a strong sense of prioritization. You know how to cut through complexity, identify the highest-impact opportunities, and focus your efforts where they matter most.
- You think in systems and scalability. You build solutions that can be rolled out across markets and repeated over time.
- You are strongly data-driven and comfortable using metrics to guide decisions.
- You have a strong bias for action. You move quickly from idea to execution, test, learn, and iterate continuously.
- You take full ownership of your work and outcomes. When something needs to be improved, you take responsibility and follow it through.
- You enjoy building and enabling teams, and you care about creating clarity, structure, and momentum in a growing environment.
- You have experience within e-commerce, where you have had real ownership of performance and results.
- You have worked hands-on with optimizing webshops and customer journeys, improving metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, and revenue.
- You are comfortable analyzing data and turning insights into concrete actions, and you understand key e-commerce metrics like CVR, AOV, LTV, and CAC.
- You have worked across functions, collaborating with marketing, developers, and designers, and know how to turn input into execution.
- Experience working across multiple markets or with localized domains is a strong plus.
- You are comfortable working in a setup with tools like Google Analytics (or similar), CRM systems, email/lifecycle platforms, and custom webshop environments.
