An exciting new opportunity has just come up for a customer-obsessed Ecommerce Merchandiser to join the Superette Digital team at our HQ in Takapuna.

This fast-paced and varied role will give you hands-on fashion experience in the digital retail space, curating the Superette customer's seamless online shopping experience, enriching digital product listings, website optimisation and planning and implementing key product launches and email marketing channels.

This role is perfect for anyone who is wanting to develop their ecommerce skills with a degree in Business, Communications or Design, and has had experience working within digital platforms in the retail industry.

The Detail: A few key details of your day to day looks like..

Manage the workflow of products online, enriching and publishing products to schedule, prioritised by key deliveries put forward from the product and planning team and sales targets.

Monitor and coordinate back-in-stock alerts, coming soon, and pre-order product flows to optimise conversion and customer engagement.

Continuously improve product page content with enriched descriptions, imagery, sizing, fabric details, and styling suggestions to support the path to purchase.

Optimise category structures, filters, and product attributes to enhance product discovery and user navigation. Use reporting to refine visual merchandising and elevate best sellers, new arrivals, and high-margin products.

Leverage data tools to implement dynamic search, smart recommendations, and upsell opportunities based on customer behaviour and product strategy.

Plan, develop and maintain site content for a world class customer experience across all digital touch points, including search, product pages, upsells, categories, core landing pages, collections, and promotional areas.

Work with the Customer Care Team to ensure the site is optimised for customer’s needs.
