What you will do
- Be each student's go-to person through their JEE preparation.
- Make sure students attend every live AI-led class and stay attentive. Check in early with anyone who is slipping.
- Run a one-to-one call with each student about every two weeks, using data from their work to show progress and next steps.
- Run progress calls with parents, so families can see the improvement and stay confident in UKEL.
- Counsel students through stress, setbacks and low motivation, and build their discipline and confidence.
- Onboard new students through their first 2–3 sessions. Work with the founders to build a mentoring process that scales.

Who we are looking for
Must have

• 1- 4 years of teaching or mentoring Class 11–12 Physics, Chemistry or Maths (school, coaching or EdTech)
• Good understanding of the JEE syllabus and exam journey
• Fluent English and Hindi
• Comfortable speaking with parents as well as teenagers
• Ready to work evenings (2 pm to 11 pm), 6 days(Monday to Saturday)a week, in office

Important

• Class 11–12 school teaching experience
• Maturity and patience with stressed students
• Organised; comfortable with data, sheets and apps
• A steady job history since we are looking for long term collaboration

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
