Founding Inside Sales/Admission counsellor – IIT JEE

Role Overview
UKEL has more interested parents than it can talk to. You will be one of the first salespeople: you speak with parents and students who have already asked about UKEL, run the demo, handle their questions and close enrolments. You will also help shape how UKEL sells as the team grows.

What you will do
- Call parents and students who have shown interest in UKEL. Confirm booked demos and follow up with those who haven't booked one.
- Understand each student's preparation, gaps and goals, and what the parent is worried about.
- Run the product demo on Google Meet, ideally with both parent and student on the call.
- Handle questions and objections from anxious, well-informed parents. Follow up and close enrolments, usually within one or two demos.
- Log every conversation in the CRM. Calls are recorded so you can learn from them.
- Learn from every call and help build the sales playbook. Senior hires will help train the next salespeople.

Who we are looking for
Must have

• 1+ years of B2C inside sales where you closed deals yourself, EdTech preferred
• Fluent English and Hindi
• Strong listening and objection handling
• Ready for a 6-day (Monday to Saturday), evening-heavy (2 pm to 11 pm) schedule in office
• A steady job history since we are looking for long term collaboration

• EdTech sales in India, ideally JEE or K-12
• Monthly targets you can show with real numbers
• Selling to parents or families
• Hunger: you want to win and you take targets personally

• Your experience is only B2B sales
• Your experience is only telecalling or BPO
• You change jobs often
• You want fixed 10-to-7 hours

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
