• Base Salary + Commission
• 3% Training and Development Budget
• Outpatient Consultation and Hospitalization Insurance Reimbursement

• Ensure that classes under your sales portfolio exceed the minimum pax requirement to run the class and with your best effort, maximize the number of participants that can be put into a classroom
• To qualify, recruit and retain the right customers until they finish their programme and achieve their intended goals.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Ensure that customers are recommended the right products and receive a high level of service.
• Recording and processing the registration and payment transactions accurately
• Liaise with the customer relations department on any feedback on customer issues.
• Attend the campaign briefing or training and the weekly sales meeting.
• Handling customers’ complaints and queries.
• Reporting of daily sales numbers
• Any other duties that are assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
• Upselling products and services.

• Min. GCE O levels and above
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Good organizational skills.
• Strong ownership and ability to work with minimal oversight.
• Strong listening and excellent communication skills.
