Job Overview:

Insight International is looking for dynamic and result-driven Education Counselors to join our Kochi and Pala branches. The role primarily involves student counseling, sales, and business development for study abroad programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to students regarding study abroad options, including universities, courses, and application processes.
• Assist students with course selection, admission procedures, visa applications, and documentation.
• Achieve sales targets by converting inquiries into enrollments.
• Stay updated with international education policies, scholarships, and visa regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with students and parents.
• Maintain and update student records, follow up on leads through CRM, and ensure smooth communication.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in study abroad counseling, student recruitment, or sales.

Knowledge of Countries & Universities: In-depth understanding of popular study destinations and different program choices in reputed universities (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe).

Sales & Target-Oriented Approach: Ability to meet and exceed enrollment targets.

Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written English & Malayalam.

Preference: Female candidates preferred.
