Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective learners to understand their educational and career goals.
  • Provide accurate guidance on courses, eligibility criteria, and enrollment procedures.
  • Drive student enrollments by effectively managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to admission closure.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective learners to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Edubex programs and confidently present their value to prospective learners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and provide market feedback.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound leads while ensuring an excellent learner experience.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance targets.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales and enrollment targets.
  • Excellent counseling and customer engagement skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and prepare reports.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, education counseling, admissions, inside sales, or business development is preferred.
  • Experience in leading or mentoring a sales team will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
