Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective learners to understand their educational and career goals.
- Provide accurate guidance on courses, eligibility criteria, and enrollment procedures.
- Drive student enrollments by effectively managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to admission closure.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective learners to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Edubex programs and confidently present their value to prospective learners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and provide market feedback.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound leads while ensuring an excellent learner experience.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and enrollment targets.
- Excellent counseling and customer engagement skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to analyze sales performance and prepare reports.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in EdTech, education counseling, admissions, inside sales, or business development is preferred.
- Experience in leading or mentoring a sales team will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
